This application is to volunteer as a coach or to volunteer to help a Club in the district.  This position is not a paid position.  

Documentation required:

• FBI Clearance or FBI Waiver (must live in PA for 10 or more years)                       
• PA Criminal Clearance
• Child Abuse Clearance
• ACT 24 Form
• TB Test - must be within 3 months of starting Volunteer position                            
• Act 126 Training (will be provided after application is submitted)
• Concussion Management Training Certificate (will be provided after application is submitted)
• Sudden Cardiac Arrest Prevention Training Certificate (will be provided after application is submitted)
